Куда капнуть можно? в каком патче были затронуты эти данные \ файлы обновляю магазин - пытаюсь...

Наверное непарвильно фильтры настроены.

Не тот класс указан или опци показывать фильтры как не та.

Посмотрите в демке как настроены demo.vamshop.ru

Дошел до патча 1-99-27 на 28 и обноружил что корзина отдает 500 страницу (ошибку) как включить отладку или что может быть?

Попробовать так - 

Если ошибки не видны в браузере всё равно, тогда только смотреть error log файл веб-сервера.

С версией php решил вопрос а вот 2 ошибка fatal error что это ?

Нет файла такого? а в каком он патче был извиняюсь? )

Да, нет файла.

Я не помню, скачайте архив VamShop и возьмите этот файл.
