Не создает товар или категорию

версия 1.61 установленная в чистую, когда добавляешь товар или категории при нажатии сохранить выкидывает страницу с ошибкой такого характера:

Помилка HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

Обратил внимание что такая ошибка происходит если добавить в товар или категории картинку. Тоесть если не выбираешь картинку сохраняет все норм, а как только выбираешь трабл.

Посмотрите, есть ли настройки в Админке - Настройки - Картинки, не пустаые ли поля с настройками.

Проверьте права доступа на запись в поддиректории внутри /images/product_images/

в настройках картинки все поля заполненны(которые необходимы-по умолчанию)

в папке /images все фаилы и папки имеют права 777 кроме фаила .htaccess он имеет 644

Тогда спросите у хостера, 500 ошибка - это ошибка на стороне сервера.

Текст ошибки записывается в error log файл, вот нужно смотреть, что туда записалось.

Попробуйте в Админке - Настройки - Картинки выбрать image_manipulator_GD2.php , а не image_manipulator_GD1.php

после 500 ошибки если нажать назад  в Хроме то в админк епишится ; Ошибка: Каталог защищён от записи, установите необходимые права доступа, а в лисе пишет по другому: Отсутствует GDlib GIF-поддержка, соеденить картинки неудалось

везде в папке стоят права 777, саша где еше права посмотреть?

Наверное всё-таки в GD библиотеке дело.

А попробуйте jpg картинку загрузить.

нет это новый хостинг точнее выделенный сервер(физический)

вот что ответил хостер:

Данная ошибка возникает в результате того что в файле ".htaccess"

прописаны недопустимые директивы.

Просмотрите логи ошибок по этому сайту для обнаружения проблемы.

Логи ошибок вы можете посмотреть в админпанели, в разделе "Управление сайтом" - "Управление логами".

Попробуйте .htaccess файлы поудалять в /images папке, в корневой папке.

проблему решили следующим образом, как оказалось не установлено была надстроука GD  картинки теперь добавляет и все здорово кроме одного. но это след тему создам
